Looking for a Global with a little more heft? Global forged knives feature heavier forged blades and have that “German” feel to them. Ideal for heavy cutting jobs and high production tasks. Handles are larger than G series knives and a bit heavier to counter balance the heavier blades. Blades are double beveled at about 18 degrees for added strength.
