Description   Gokujo means "supreme" in Japanese and the new Shun Gokujo is designed to be the ultimate boning and fillet knife.  The Gokujo features a naturally arcing six - inch blade, reminiscent of the traditional samurai sword, which allows for a single smooth pull when slicing, eliminating the need for a sawing motion.  This equates to a cleaner cut, especially when filleting a delicate fish or slicing neatly through rack of lamb.  The wider blade offers the user the ability to choke up for more control when working with a recessed joint, such as removing a fin or a chicken wing.
