How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered several shipping options BEFORE completing checkout.  

Remember, orders over $100 always ship for free via UPS Ground.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us at 856-875-5100.  Although we make every effort to package orders accurately, mistakes can happen.  In the event we made a mistake processing your order, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it in a timely fashion.
What is your return policy?
  We want you to be happy when shopping with us.  Anything purchased from JustKnives101 is returnable for a 100% refund.  Returns must me made within 30 days of the purchase date, with receipt.  Shipping to and from JustKnives101.com is not refundable.  Please use a "Return Packaging Sheet" so we can efficiently process your return or exchange.

Defective Products - Everything we sell at JustKnives101.com we guarantee for Life.  Please visit our Warranty/Guarantee section for details on returning products that are over 30 days old.
When will my order ship?
  We ship via UPS every day.  Online orders usually ship next business day.  If you need to place an order and are working on a delivery deadline; please call us.  We can take your information over the phone and process the order immediatley.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
